Community Outreach

The FBOs and tenants that call the St. Clair County Airport home are, as in any other small airport in the country, a diverse group of individualists (because they are pilots, after all). Their focus is not just on aviation but also on giving back to the community that the airport is such  an integral part of. Their generosity includes not just financial donations that make college scholarships in aviation possible for residents of St. Clair County but also donations of their time to support charitable causes identified by the airport that benefit St. Clair County residents and the airport itself. PLR residents take a great deal of civic pride in their efforts to make their community and their airport better places.
