Hangar Rental
The St. Clair County Airport has over 161,000 square feet of individually-leased hangar spaces that will accommodate a full range of aircraft from the smallest trainer to large turboprops and corporate jets. Occupancy rates consistently hover at 100% with waiting lists for all hangar types.
Hangar types available for lease are as follows (all dimensions are nominal):
• Nested T-Hangars: Sizes ranging from 33’ to 38’ Deep x 45’ Wide with manual sliding and electrically operated bi-fold doors with openings 45’ Wide x 13’-6” High.
• Conjoined Box Hangars: 40’ Deep x 48’ Wide with electrically operated, bi-fold doors with openings 44’ Wide x 12’ and 14’ High.
• Free-Standing Box Hangars: 50’ Deep x 60’ Wide with hydraulically operated, single-leaf doors with openings 50‘ Wide x 14’ High.
• Duplex Corporate Hangars: 74’ Deep x 78’ Wide with hydraulically operated, single-leaf doors with openings 68‘ Wide x 19’ High.
• Large Mass/Corporate Hangars: Sizes ranging from 100’ Deep x 100’ Wide to 60’ Deep x 80’ Wide with electrically operated and manual sliding doors with openings ranging from 80’ Wide to 18’ High to 63’ Wide x 15’ High.
